Jennifer’s women’s boutique has collected $2,000 in restaurant gift cards to give to front line health care workers. The cards were donated to Lee Health for distribution to their employees. The goal of the initiative is to recognize and applaud all the health care individuals in the area who are tirelessly caring for those in need. It is also an effort to support local restaurants that are losing business due to the COVID shutdown.
Jennifer’s will continue to collect the cards through the end of April. Gift cards can be in any denomination. As a thank you, donors will receive a Jennifer’s reward certificate in the amount of the card denomination plus an additional 25%. The Jennifer’s certificate can be used for virtual shopping now or in the store when it reopens.
“We are so appreciative of the support and generosity of Jennifer’s boutique and her clients,” said Jason Powella, of the Lee Health Foundation.
“My clients are truly the best,” said Jennifer Williams, owner of Jennifer’s. “They are so generous and what better way to share the love than putting a smile on the faces of those in the trenches.”
Gift cards can be mailed to Jennifer’s, 13251 McGregor Blvd. Suite 111-1, Fort Myers, FL 33919. E-certificates can be emailed to email@example.com. Donors should include their name and email address.
