So happy to have received so many fabulous responses from everyone regarding “our” favorite places! Since it was so well received, I wanted to continue sharing the love with a few more of my local favorites.
Caffe Toscano
I have had a secret desire for many years to have my own restaurant; of course, my husband says “are you crazy!” The answer is probably “YES” but if I did, it would be just like Caffe Toscano.
Being Italian, Italian food is my favorite, and being health conscious, I always feel great when I eat there. Everything is prepared expertly, always fresh, and so flavorful. The presentation is exceptional, and whether its lunch or dinner, you always feel welcome by owners Antonio and Diana Durante, their warm and endearing personalities come through in everything from the décor, the music and the food.
Victor’s Custom Framing
I’m blessed to have several artists in my family, thus I have some amazing artwork. I don’t care if it is a Picasso or one of my children’s art projects, the framing makes all the difference. Victor’s Custom Framing has an unbelievable selection of the most ornate or the most simplistic frames, and everywhere in between. Victor is usually there to offer as much help as needed, and he can usually accomplish the framing quickly if needed. The key to going to a local framer, your artwork never leaves the store, and that is very important to me.
